"Creek West of Waveland Rd", 18"x24", Acrylic on Prepared Board
This is one of two paintings done of the same view looking north from a bridge up the creek near our home. It is more naturalistic than the second/next one in which the color is "altered".
Winter has caused me to significantly change how I paint.
I've taken photos of subjects that interested me.
It's too cold to be outside. Since I chose and framed the "scene" intending it might be a painting they do feel like mine to paint.
